This policy explains cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms for puja, ritual, and temple service bookings made through our website.
1. Scope of This Policy
This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies only to puja, ritual, consultation, and temple service bookings made through the Baglamukhi Mata Mandir website. This website is for puja booking services only and does not sell or ship physical products.
2. Booking Cancellation
Cancellation requests may be considered only if the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled puja or service time. Once the puja preparation has started, priest availability has been blocked, or samagri/service arrangements have been made, cancellation may not be accepted.
3. Rescheduling of Bookings
Devotees may request rescheduling of a puja or service booking subject to priest availability, temple schedule, and ritual requirements. Rescheduling requests should preferably be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time.
4. Service Availability and Temple Schedule
All puja and ritual bookings are subject to availability of priests, temple timings, festival schedules, religious observances, and other operational requirements. Baglamukhi Mata Mandir reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a booking due to unavoidable circumstances, religious events, or temple management decisions.
5. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only when a booking is cancelled by Baglamukhi Mata Mandir, a duplicate payment is received, or a booking cannot be completed due to non-availability from the temple side. Refund approval will be based on verification of booking details, payment details, and service status.
6. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds may not be provided if the devotee fails to attend the scheduled service, provides incorrect booking details, requests cancellation after puja preparation has started, or cancels after the priest or service slot has already been arranged. Amounts spent on puja samagri, offerings, priest booking, or other service arrangements may be non-refundable.
7. Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved by Baglamukhi Mata Mandir, it may take up to 5 working days to process the refund from our side. The actual credit time may depend on the payment method, bank, or payment gateway used by the devotee.
